No apps can create an good Android app, There is a programming language called 'Lua' this is very easy language and very much similar to Python. If you learned Lua Programming Language then you can make fastest games, smooth apps (smoother than Java also) using Corona SDK. You can make cross platform apps with Corona. But there are very few tutorials for Lua language. You have to understand some other easy languages like python or ruby then you can go for lua.
