The courses here give you a basic understanding of 12 programming languages. You can create and test your codes here, as well as publish them. You can test your knowledge by challenging others in quiz questions. But foremost, you can get really helpful answers in the Q&A :)

If for Android - yes. Everyone is now crazy with this new Kotlin thing, but Java will surely be around for a longer while, thanks to all the legacy software, its community and lots and lots of ready applications.

Welcome to SoloLearn. I would recommend if you are interested in learning how to build web sites doing the following courses in the order listed below:
1) HTML -- This will teach you how to create the structure for your website
2) CSS -- This will teach you how to style your website
3) JavaScript -- This will teach you how to create functionality for your website
Also I would like to add, if you ever feel overwhelmed by the amount of information that programming requires, just keep working at it and eventually it will make sense. Rome was not built in a day.
