Anyone using Note++ on windows, if not whats the best alternative?

forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this. I'm finding that the autofill and pop-ups aren't quite happening for me the way I've seen it on mac's, any suggestions?

You may try Visual Studio Code. I think they have nice extensions for HTML snippets, and also Intellisense.
