In my case I learn faster by doing things, I need to put into practice what I'm learning. If you are learning web development try to create a personal website or replicate something you saw on the internet. In that way you are going to review the subjects you already learnt and new questions will pop up. English is not my first language, if I said something weird please let me know ;)

Have a passion for that which you learn. It will help sharpening your mental faculties and makes it easy to withstand the strain of fast learning. Also use a learning methodology that suits your interests e.g through games, visualization etc.

Read, learn, practise. Everything you make try to change in all the ways you know and discover, by doing so you will get used to solving problems in different ways, that will also help you grow.
