How many of you start to working on your PhD degree?

I know that this question is a little bit irrelevant to the code feild, but I hope I can get some answers about the question? Is it late for someone to start persuiting his PhD degree at age 35? Thank you for your answer!

You can get it at anytime, it's your life, do what you want.
But.. do you have a bachelor's?
Or masters?
Those come first.. PhD is 10 years full time. You probably won't commit all the way if you haven't started. Many people change their minds as time goes.
