Put the links :- Home, Services,Contact,etc. Inside the <a> and </a> tags .

You are doing this :-
<a href="something"> </a>Home

The correct way is :-
<a href="something"> Home </a>

there are lots of correction required..
first of all the css which u have linked, will not work.. because it does not have a proper path..
secondly the hyperlink of home about will also not work because it also does not have proper path.. (note: hyperlinks to external files won't work in sololearn... it will open with browser no in the same frame)
