Is it worth learning C++ for UE4?

I was just wondering if it's better to learn C++ or Uscript for unreal engine. I'm still a novice, but have used it for quite a while. If you have any suggestions on what I should do, please say!!!

This might not be the best answer but,... In my last studio, the main programmer constructed the game mostly via blueprint. Later on we got a programmer who knew code. It wasn't a AAA game, but it was of high quality nevertheless. Depending on the things you wish to do, you can find a job with knowledge of blueprint only, however code is obviously superior.
