Those lessons give you the right keys. But it's the beginning. You will have to learn new method and maybe new framework.

yes they are sufficient to teach you JavaScript , but they don't teach you how to program .

It's also important to learn about how to keep your code readable and concise. Go watch some Google I/O videos on YouTube and don't stop researching about JavaScript best practices.
