This app will not give you the knowledge to build Android apps. It will give you a Java foundation though. From there, you can practice what youve learned and continue on to more advanced concepts using books, other online tutorials. Or you can skip all that and go straight into Android programming via books, or online tutorials. Latter is usually not advised but you do what you want.

This solo learn course will don't make you master of java. This course is for new to java.

if u are really interested in game development then I would suggest you to learn c# and then use unity. it is not very difficult.

You must download "Google Play Developer Console" app from the Google Play Store. You must sign up, pay a 25$ fee, confirm your email, and then you can submit applications for publication. There will be requirements for your App or Game to be published. I've yet to finish the course but I do know that if you understand Java Coding you can make an App or Game.
