Mostly comes down to preference, there is no "best" IDE, it's really what meets your needs for each language.

That being said, if you want lightweight I'd say Sublime, if you're going for high functionality right out of the box, all IntelliJ based IDE's are excellent. Also keep in mind what you're targeting (i.e. Android Studio is the best for Android for a full set of tools over Eclipse or Sublime with command line build)
