764246674356 years. I dont know. How good you get is upto you. The time you put in and the quaility of the learning materials (books, sites, apps) scales the learning time but is not the only factor. My best advice. Forget your time limits. Just try to learn at least one new thing a day.
Before too long you will realise you know the language

you can't master a language in hours it needs many years because is you learn java just on solo learn that's not enough you need to see other sources and practice.
note: Java is a very big programming language so if you see so many lesson about java don't upset .

@Subhash Lemme Give You My Example, I Am Currently Learning Java Basic, and I Do Study For 4-5 Hours Daily Which Includes Coding and Reading Theoretical Matter But Still I Feel That I Should Invest More Time.
My Only Mean To Say Is That The Time It Will Take Depends On How Good You Are At Learning and Also Your Study Material and Interest Plays An Important Role.
REMEMBER Passion, Patience And Practice Are Keys Of Success. You Can't Make It In A Day Or Two.
BEST OF LUCK. KEEP CODING âșđđ

@Martin Agree With You, Everyday New Techniques And Technologies Are Introduced And It's Very Difficult To Keep Yourself Up With Everyday Changing World.
But Remembering BASICs of Anything Is A Key Because Everything Was Started As Simple. You Needn't To Master But Keep Your Concepts Clear When You Waana Be Good At What Are You Doing.

To be a master ? Your life. Because if you stop learning, new things will come up and you will lose your title as "master".
To become a master ? Many years, but depends of your interest in the language (I should rather say devotion here), your curiosity and of course, your innate talent.
That is true for all languages though.
