Is programming is all About speed ?

The competition questions on SoloLearn are basically checking your speed and memory ..It used to solve simple syntax or mathematical concept and a very little about programming concept .In my opinion we should make a separate pannel for Question that checks our programming concept deeply..That may be lengthy but it will very useful..like other coding competition sites.

But I think that speed mostly used on Project manager xD

It really makes me nervous to watch the clock go by, while I make mental calculations, but I think that the pressure is positive.
