Do you know about HTML 5 " Web SMS"?

In HTML5 there have a new option about "Web SMS". If anybody know about this Please explain! I will remember You for your help.

Actually I know about this thenewcode.com/856/Send-a-SMS-Text-From-A-Link . I told You other system mean You can send an SMS via web using html5.
