If you mean just writing the code - any! However, if you want to execute the code you need a compiler (online or installed). You need to download one, just google "Python compiler". As for text editor - I would recommend Brackets for writing the code - it is free and very modifyble. However, that is just personal preference, you can even use Notepad.

An editor called IDLE came with the official and latest Python 3 interpreter. It's too simple I should say, but it does have colored text and automatic indentation. I'm not sure what you installed, but by installing Python, you should also get the editor [called IDLE].
