Question

Can someone see my codes ? im new at programming but i think my JavaScripts code are very cool !

You could make your first code better by organizing each programming language into a corresponding array. Each array should have it's own characteristics; for example, one array can be for web languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP), one for unique languages (such as Python and Ruby), etc.

Then, you could prompt yes or no questions to narrow it down. If the user doesn't like Python, then it's also likely that they don't like Ruby. (If Python and Ruby happen to be in the same array.) This means that you don't need to ask the user if they like Ruby. (It is possible for someone to not like Python but like Ruby, so your program should eventually ask if the user likes Ruby.)

Anyway, both of your codes are sick! Nice job!

Very cool... ? Yes but no, you commented on every single line an uppercase sentence like:

"IF YOU WANT ENGLISH COMMENTS LEAVE A LIKE"

... i can undestand if you ask for like one or two times in your code, but not in every single line, in addition the comments are not based on how many likes you get, comment your code is a good practice and useful to understand better the code for you and for those who read the code, i can understand if you're lazy but you inserted the comments in your native language and i also see you can understand the English, so what do you think to insert the comments in English and make it available to all... ?

Keep it up, don't take this comment as an offence, i just want to help you, the output is fun, try to add more graphics through DOM elements, i'm sure you can do better! ^^
