🙋What does it NOT take to be a good programmer?

We've seen plenty of duplicate posts asking "what it takes" and "how to get better". I guess it's part of the learning experience for beginners to ask which traits help in developing the best programming skills... but rather than asking the questions that can be self-learned, how about we ask about the opposite? Share with us which traits you believe are the worst to have as a programmer. What habits should you avoid and which habits should you break in order to better your learning in programming?

Somebody who simply gives somebody code instead of answering and teaching the asker. Kind of like teaching somebody to fish instead of fishing for them I guess.
