How to recover data from a corrupted SSHD?

Sorry if this is not a proper question to ask here. But maybe some of you will know. So I have important data on a desktop SSHD and I don't know how to access it. I have Windows 10 installed on it, but I can't boot it, I get an error message. Troubleshooting doesn't work. When I open command prompt, I can access my disk partitioned drives, but I can't access most of data on them. Is it still possible to retrieve that data? If so, then how?

You can always try and boot to ubuntu or Linux on a USB and see if you can access/recover your data that way.

My dad is a software developer, and was an IBM consultant for 2.5 years, and he absolutely hates windows, because of it's insecurity issues, and poor software development. He also does not like android because it is easy to hack through SELinux. He uses Linux Ubuntu and has not had a single problem. He also has an iPhone six and has not had any problems with that, either. My suggestion is to not go back to windows. anything you might use there like PowerPoint or Microsoft word you can get through libre office for free, so you aren't really spending much, and it is much more secure.
