Web app or Android app?

Which one would you create?

I would create a web app, but just because I'm pretty bad at Java. If I were better at Java I would definitely go for an android app because they are faster and have more possibilities.

Trying to develop a mobile app would be better as it is portable and have a wider range of usage throughout the world.

web app is the only real cross platform solution remained. Unless you want to develop for Android, IOS and windows phone????😱
