Which programming languages should i consider to make a perfect website.

Html and CSS for the design and the structure.
JavaScript for any dynamic things happening on client-side.
PHP for anything happening at server-side.
There are other things you might need like jquery,too.
All these are needed for a perfect web site, truth is a really good website is always created by a team because hardly anybody can get that good in all these fields.
