Lot of experience but no job unity programmer

Im game developer and company usually gives me some tasks to do, i do it perfectly, they call me, i tell them how much montly payment i want and most of them said that they don't have economic to cover it. What liars! by the way Im from Serbia. any suggestion?

So dont work for new poor company but if you do dont expect much Make a few game and put them stores to show what you can do idk so far these came to my mind . maybe if i knew you better i would suggest more

Do you only know how to make games n unity, or you know game programming in general? Because Ubisoft opened their office in Belgrade a year ago, and they are constantly looking for game developers

Im not losing hope Im working online as freelancer contantly so no problem with that... yes i know programming in general i start use this app just for fun instead of playing games maybe i learn smt new.. well for ubisoft i need to know working with unreal and similar stuff and they require a lot of years of experience i will try again to send them cv and portfolio. thanks you all for answers! :)

well one big im working on will be released on November this year called tenonemath by Michael Dowell its lot of games for kids you can search online but its still not available :)

its not new but somehow they dont respect hard workig they probably think its better to hire someone how know less and has bad coding practice but less payment is only what they care about
