or also you can use xamarin framework currently owned by Microsoft.Using this you can make apps for different mobile platfor like android,iOs or windows mobile.Everthing in C#.

You can use c# on android, but it's not a good choice for that platform due to limitations and compatibility. I'd suggest learning Java, it's very similar to c# and great for android apps.

well, general if you understand the language perfectly than it would take very less time may be 1 years to become experience to these language.

the only key is keep coding what you understand that will make you more confident.
