Html editor

Is there any html editor you can "start biulding" a website on without need to pay or something (just to try) and not just like a codeplayground?

You can do HTML editing with any editor which can open text files. Notepad, for instance. Save the file and rename the extension to .html. Run using browser. For a comprehensive list of IDEs, you may refer to the IDE section under this link: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/476490/?ref=app
