i'm a start learner of the basic of HTML and CSS.
You have some tips for me?

hey, we have the same name! ^_^
i'm on the same courses as you, i'm almost done actually. some tips that helps a lot for me is to write notes during the courses, especially during html5. make codes and practice a lot, i use w3schools as a reference but stackoverflow as well is more useful (don't heavily rely on these though! its best to stay with one course at a time).
html/css can be covered completely in weeks, but even then its still best to take time and not rush. i'd say 2 or so hours a day of learning should be enough, i learn quite a bit during that time. i wish you a lot of luck as well! :D

I start studying 15:00 and I finish 19:00 is good for me I'm enjoying it :-)
