Whats a good computer for coding?

Speaking from 3-4 years of programming experience, any computer will do. Personally, I have a MacBook Air and absolutely love the mobility it allows. Being able to program whenever and wherever you want is a huge plus! But I also have a friend who programs on a $200 HP Laptop from Best Buy.

tl;dr:
It's up to you. If you move around a lot, get a laptop. If you don't any desktop will do :)

also get a laptop with a good screen, ips over tn if possible, tn panels are horrible imho
