I have completed html and css, what should I learn next? Java,JavaScript, or PHP? And which one is the easiest?

try to do some challenges in html to fix your knowledge and then learn js. good luck

make some more codes as well in html and css if you can -- i provided an upvote to the penguin code, i thought it was simple and cute. :D the more you feel confident, you can take on any language you wish (as long as its helpful to you). javascript looks much more easier than java and is usually recommended after html/css. good luck as well!

Learn JS, after that you can go for PHP. you'll need both.

learn javascript to make your website dynamic then learn php to manage it, you can learn java later.
