Is programming difficult and when can i start doing real stuffs

Yes and no. Yes, getting really good is hard. No, getting started is (relatively) easy with all of the great tools and tutorials out there.
Also, there are many websites where you can practice on small challenges. Find one you like amd learn by doing. (e.g. kattis, hackerrank, codewars, codefights, topcoder)

If you don't know how to do something, google it. Find a (partial) solition and get it to work
