What is the best PC program for making website with HTML, CSS, Javascript?
I am using notepad++. Is there something better or should it be sufficicient?

You can use Sublime for good UI, Bracket for Live output & Atom for big project those three are also the best

SublimeText is a really good and free code editor...
Anyway, whatever text editor is enough to code ;P

Thanks to everone for the answers. Just tried Visual studio and I think it's great. Will give a go to Brackets and Sublime too

If you prefer to hard code everything then I would use Notepad++. If your more visual drag and drop you could try Visual Studio or TinyMCE

Atom and Sublime are great tools. But I'm currently using Webstorm for my projects, and it is my favourite at the moment.

I started with Sublime Text and it'very good, I will use it from now on. I used Notrepad++ before and loved it . Try a few and stick to the one you feel more confortable.

Visual Studio Code is fantastic and has a fully featured debugger
