I have problem with my laptop when installing Mariadb.MySQL service on my windows has been deleted using command prompt.

i suggest you to go install WAMP
http://www.wampserver.com/en/

it installs everything you need.

but for your current problem there might be mamy reasons like firewall, antivirus, etc

and I have Mariadb too but I have problems installing it. MySQL service on my windows has been deleted using the command prompt. I don't know to retrieve it.
