Coding uses simplest English. Whoever has the basic command of English should be not issue to learn coding.

I mean we need to learn all functions, methods, formula... and put it in use... just like words, syntax, grammar...

Yes, it is in deed. The difficulty isn't the fact that english is a must.
But you have to learn words and idioms like in a spoken language. Luckily the amount of new words is much smaller than in any spoken language.

yes and no since it's close to English. however, it requires an alternative way of thinking and looking at the world
