I use quoda text editor. there is anwriter, 920 text editor
(for web)
quoda was last updated in 2015

anwriter is updated but not intuitive in some places is ad supported

920 text is free but not updated at the moment

use android studio for that. plug in a phone through usb debugging to test your code
