HTML is what I think the most popular language.......
But what's after it from among the non-web languages???

HTML is not programming language and you need learn css, js or php and mysql to creat dynamic web pages.

In my own case the Python is more "easy" to code.

So I would say Python is the best programming language for beginners but not for web applications.

There is no easy or difficult language as such. Everything is just as simple if you understand the inner workings of it. Each language has its pros and cons, each language is suitable for a particular work. If you look closely, every language is the same, just that it's application and syntax is making a difference. I will go for python. Its very easy and fun to learn. It have modules and functions setup for almost everything. Moreover I like how easy it is to interact with datasheet, Images. You can even plot graphs and create animations with just the basic knowledge, that's what I like about it the most. So I will say Pythons is the easiest 😃
