How to use file handling in this app

i could not solve the programs on file handling plz give m some ideas how to solve it's i will really help me

Do you try to code file handling in the playground ?

Since codes are held on the server, they cannot users to create files, since it would be dangerous (someone could place virus). So Sololearn blocked the privilige to create files in Code Playground. Try your code in any IDE on your pc and it should work without any problems ^^
