Can i become a professional computer engineer i am totally different from computer background?

friends i am from CIVIL ENGINEERING background but i have interested in devops, Now i am planning to move towards devops. and as expected i have learned various programming languages as follows PHP, JAVASCRIPT, C++, HTML, MYSQL. and i also have worked on php projects 1. automatic seating plan generator. 2. quiz creating php script. 3. user management. now i think how could stand alone within a rush of computer professionals

See this there are many who are not from any programming background :- https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/167058/?ref=app You can become a professional even at your age , I think your age is between 25-32 . You are a civil engineer and I know that you have less time for programming but it also applies to me because I am student of class 11 non-med and same is the case here but if you devote even 2 hrs for programming everyday , you can become a professional in 4 languages (at least ) in 2 years(maximum ) . So that's not too much , I think you can do it .
