can't load php HTML

Hi! can someone please help? I'm new to php, I've installed note++ and xampp and did the coding and activated apache and mysql. but I can't run the program. pplllease help ,kind regards.

Make sure that your php file was inside the 'xampp>>htdocs' folder, it depends where you put the xampp and your php to show the result

There has to be a webserver running. Php interpreter has to be configured to execute *.php files before output.

if you are in XP the newest local servers softwares didn't support this system.
