I suggest you only focus on one language at a time, and start with HTML, as HTML is quite straightforward.

just focus in one language untill to complete it then practice more and more and after that move to another language that you like

to learn website design start with html ,css,JavaScript,php,sql

to learn app design start with java and then learn another language like c++

I think you should do what you are doing now. Do a tutorial, practice on the playground and have fun. If python is to difficult then switch to HTML.
