How about opening Quiz factory for forgotten languages (CSS, SQL, jQuery & Swift)?

Why it is impossible not only to raise a challenge in CSS, SQL, jQuery & Swift, but it is not even possible to create a quizz in Quizz factory?
I appreciate possibility to exercise basic principles in quizzes, but these languages are missing. Any clue why?
And any reason why not to allow community to build up questions fond?

Thank you. I was just wondering why it is not possible to create the questions. As for CSS still there could be allowed just declarations valid in all major browsers.

quiz factory?
...and CSS allows for some browser-specific declarations(-moz-, -ms-, ...) so it would be kind of overkill to test on ALL features. Nevertheless, a quiz on the standard ones will do.

I was checking to see if anyone had asked before why there arent any Swift Challenges. Hope replying will bump this up.
