I agree starting with HTML, CSS and Javascript because all you just need a text editor and web browser to get started with these languages. You can code and run them in virtually any computer.

It's ok to learn first HTML & CSS, But learn C++ first before start Java. If you learn and understood C++ very well then you can learn easily other OOP. Coz, C++ is the basic or master of all OOP. Thanks.
