Back in the 90s I was creating online text based adventure games. Our programmer was lazy, so that's when I decided to teach myself programming, and no longer have to rely upon someone else to program for me.
As for SoloLearn, I read through the languages I know at least once a year. This helps me learn anything I forgot, or didn't understand the previous times. I stumbled upon SoloLearn while doing that.

Dad showed me world of hardware tinkering at age 8, and since then I really liked to solder and making awesome projects. At my 10th birthday, dad got me an Arduino Starter Kit, I never coded before and I really enjoyed it.
My english teacher dragged me here, I learned Java even before unified app came out.
Coding is my life now. Can't live without it.

I started when I searched 'how to make an app' in google and I got a wikihow link and I scrolled and saw complex code (back then it was)
#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
int main (){
cout << "Hello world";
return 0;
}
and because I love complex things I got hooked

I started as a 8 year old boy designing the layout of apps(rather the packaging) and as I became older I decided to learn PureBasic, a native language... I got a new phone and searched that. SoloLearn was on the top list and I downloaded it... That's right where I am now(14 yrs old)

i was a pure science student aiming at chemical engineering but one day my friend who was a computer science student came to my house and told me he needed to borrow my machine to write a project on c. black then i didn't even know what was c. so i gave him but got interested seen him writing a lot of codes but couldn't run, cuz of bugs, then i saw his focus and energy he used and that moment i felt something telling me, this is were you belong. i started learning html then went to c++. we have switched places, he is now aiming at medicine and I'm aiming at programming.
