What should I learn next after HTML? CSS or Javascript?

I have finished HTML and now I want to proceed to other language. But got confused between CSS and JAVASCRIPT. While learning HTML5, there was a bit of JAVASCRIPT part included in it so shall i go for JAVASCRIPT or CSS?

after html you should learn first CSS and then JavaScript.

my recommendation, learn these in sequence:
HTML
CSS
Javascript

then choose one of the following programming languages after you find out what is best for you:
PHP, Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring or Go.
