As a web developer do i need to learn bootstrap?

You do not really need to learn it, but because it is so popular learn Bootstrap might be a good skill to add in your CV, don't worry... in Bootstrap there's not so much to learn about, have fun with its pre_defined rules and make some practice with. :)
