los cursos pueden dar entre 150 de xp hasta 300 de xp dependiendo de el curso, los challenges suben esa experiencia, puedes ver en algunos perfiles cuanto dan algunos cursos y la mejor respuesta son 10 de xp o algo asi no estoy muy seguro de eso
