is java is based on all concepts of c++

Java's goal was to be platform-independent (through virtual machine JVM) object oriented language. C++ was at first just superset of C that support OOP, but still main goal was performance & system programming. Java learn much from C++ fails (e.g it dont support multiple inheritance like C++)
