Annoying wrong challenge question!

Question

I have met with this c++ question all the time, for which sometimes the C is the answer and sometimes it's B. I have attached some photos. This question came in a lot of forms, as you can see.

I'm really fed up with it, because it gives a totally random factor to the challenges. The correct answer is actually C.

The most annoying part is that my challenges got declined, due to insane reasons when there is this question with wrong answer sometimes... Have you met with something like this?

The key to the correct answer is in "virtual". Given that hint you can figure out when the answer is "B" or "C" 😃

Thank you for the answers.
In this case it actually doesn't matter that the function in B is virtual or not. The answer is C in every cases. I have reported the one which said, that B as @Kuba suggested. I hope they will delete it.
