What the best programming language for beginner and advanced ?

The language itself is not important at this stage. Just pick one and learn the fundamentals of programming. Learn the concepts (such as variables, methods / functions, objects, etc) and terminology. Once you understand these principles, it's much easier to move to a different language. Think of programming as problem solving. As a programmer, you need to solve problems, and the language is just a tool. Having said that, Java is a really good language to start with. It's easy to learn and very relevant at the moment.
