Can I get more formatig options in html

like colours , more styles .where can I get instead of CSS

you 'can' or at least used to be able too. But I am not sure how well supported it is. In the old days it was very hard to create a consistant look across multiple browsers. pretty sure this is why css was invented. so my advice, use css for styling

Why instead of CSS when it has exactly what you need? Either way, CSS. :)

CSS is definitely the way to style your HTML documents and is probably the only styling method supported by all browsers. As for colours, there are in fact 16.7 million of them! I'm sure that should fulfil your needs? ( I didn't know that many colours even existed! )
