Hi People, how to learn good programming.

Question

The problem is time. I don't have a lot of it. Does somebody have any ideas?
(i like it to code, it's my hobby :-) )

iam working as carpenter between 60 and 80 hours in week (in summer).
iam sleeping no more than 6 hours because wie have a little son.
i can't.. "sleep less, work more".
but nice answer :-)
