What's the best code editor on Windows?? Also which one on android??

I need to know the best cod editor for Windows and Android for web dev languages.
I tried Brackets and notepad++ on windows, also tried anwritter & Qouda & AWD on android.

Personally, I use either WebMatrix 3 or Brackets for my web dev needs. Both are great pieces of software, WebMatrix 3 has a lot more features, but if you don't need those extra features, Brackets is more lightweight in comparison.
