Which IDE is best in your opinion for web development?

I am currently using codelobster ide for web development. but many features are for paid only subscribes so I want to move to another ide I am working on following PHP, jQuery,css,html I need a ide in which some PHP snippets also included it will help me a lot and save my time.

For html I use Notepad++ now similary to thenewboston :-) For PHP it is Netbeans and Context. Localhost is XAMPP Apache.

The answer is DreamWeaver CC But anyway I mostly use Notepad++ because 1. It's free and It's free :P 2. When I type "{" there is no auto "}" out. well auto bracket some times annoying me alot

DW cc hangs a lot, currently i uses PSPad in place of notepad++, well thanx for suggestion @very_hard

I use Coda 2 by Panic. It's inexpensive but extremely powerful.
