Use-it-or-Lose-it Tendancy

"Too many learn a skill to simply cram for a test or presentation instead of trying to actually understand it fluently"

Have you ever been a victim of this cognitive bias? Most Sololearners actually are and that's why I'm making this post.

I know this because many Sololearners complete all the courses just to gain XP or unlock a badge instead of mastering one skill at a time.

Skills, like programming languages, are of very high order and require daily practice to maintain the skill.

So do yourself the favour of practicing and mastering one language before you move on to the next one.

Agree completely with u Gavin master one language first then try others ( because mastering one makes learning others easy).
For Sololearners : Complete courses for learning rather than earning

If you master one language others will come easier, and practice will make you understand them all better.

I'd say it's balanced @Immortal. Yes most newcomers joined because of the challenges but if you look at the badge system, you'll see that it mostly rewards you for learning.

I agree completely with you, Charizard.

Many here have completed all courses, but just ask them to make a code and you will see it the most stupid of all.

I see people who have 3K+ XP in HTML, but just ask them to create a good canvas, and they will fail...
