python is used to automate things (like spreadsheets and webscraping), program prototyping, and is often used for servers too.

And on my side I dislike both, but hate that much Java that I came to find Python cooler

I personally dont like Java either, it doesnt always seem logic to me. But thats just my opinion, make your own ;)
